A Master Clinician: A Learning Journal Inspired by Observations of Dr. Bob Buckendorf
In Fall 2022, I observed a number of recorded speech therapy sessions with the late Dr. Bob Buckendorf (archived on the Master Clinician Network), in addition to several lectures he gave on childhood language development. Bob was an enormously talented clinician, in particular due to his insights related to providing therapy for autistic children focused on building early communication skills. In this blog, I document my learnings.
About this Blog
A Master Clinician is a learning journal dedicated to the late Dr. Bob Buckendorf, who I had the fortune of discovering through Master Clinician Network's video archive of recorded clinical sessions for Speech-Language Pathology.

I was struck by Bob's talent as a clinician, especially in regard to his insights on providing speech therapy to autistic children and the importance of building those foundational early communication skills. I believe there's a lot to be learned from Bob, so I've created this blog as a heartfelt, humble tribute to Bob.
